Service Policies

REFUND POLICY
Clients are eligible for a refund under specific circumstances outlined below:
  • Full Refund: If the client cancels the appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund will be issued.
  • Partial Refund: If the client cancels within 24-48 hours of the appointment, a 50% refund (minus a processing fee) will be issued.
  • If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment or fails to show up, no refund will be provided.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid fees.  Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will incur a cancellation fee. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full fee will be charged.
 

RETESTING & INCONCLUSIVE TESTING POLICY
In the rare event that a test is inconclusive, clients will be offered a test at no additional charge. If the client opts not to retest, they may receive a partial refund (excluding administrative fees).
